Basic First Aid and Cardiac First Response


first aid training basic Basic first aid and cardiac first response is a course designed to give you the basic knowledge to assess and handle various situations where first aid intervention may be needed. The course will give you the ability to provide CPR and use a defibrillator. It will also show you how to deal with a choking person and how to put patients in to the recovery position.

Our tutor Dave Hamiliton is a registered instructor with the OFAAA and is also a qualified physical therapist who has previously worked with various clubs in the eircom league and the FAI with extensive experience in dealing with and treating various injuries and medical emergencies.
